"Generally Satisfied with Handbag Clinic, But..."
I typically feel good about Handbag Clinic and have purchased many bags from them. However, after dropping close to a thousand bucks on a LV alma, I thought it would arrive with a dustbag as promised. To make matters worse, the bag was crammed into a box that was way too small. It was all squished up! I reached out via email to voice my concerns, but I haven't heard back yet.

"Absolutely adore my new bag"
I’m really happy with my bag, just like it was described. The delivery was quick, and it was packed nicely so it arrived in perfect condition. A sweet handwritten note came with it, which I thought was a lovely touch. This is my first Chanel bag, and I’ve been saving up for it, so it’s a significant buy for me. I’ll keep that note in a memory box since this bag means a lot to me. It would’ve been great to have the year of the bag included, along with some details about the dust bag.

"My first Mulberry Bayswater purchase..."
Last week, I got my very first Mulberry Bayswater from this wonderful company. The bag exceeded my expectations, looking almost brand new, and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was top-notch, and they even included a free leather care kit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for my initial buy from them.
